I've trained mediators throughout the country for the U.S. Postal Service and the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation; and I'm currently the only Certified Transformative Mediator (certified by the ISCT) in Minnesota.  I'm also one of only around 50 mediators in the United States who have satisfied mediate.com's criteria for certification.

I've been the director of Twin Cities Mediation since I founded it in 1998. I help with divorces, parenting differences, real estate issues, employment cases, business disputes, and neighbor to neighbor conflicts.
