Certified 40-hour Divorce & Family Mediation Training

Qualifies you for the Minnesota Supreme Court's Roster of Qualified Neutrals; lawyers receive 40 CLE's, including 3 ethics and 2 elimination of bias. (CLE's to be applied for); other professionals receive 40 CEU's.

"Legal Ethics and Transformative Theory: Are you making your clients' conflicts worse?"
Many standard practices of lawyers tend to lead to degeneration of the interaction between the parties. In this seminar, we will introduce the transformative theory of conflict and explore its implications for lawyers' interventions. We will also discuss whether and how the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct address these questions.
